Purpose: To provide understanding of clinical conditions, treatments and upcoming trends in the areas of cardiac and pulmonary rehab.

DEADLINE for registration is April 3, 2025. If paying by check, payment must be received prior to conference.

Continuing education credits:

Day 1 =2.5 credits, Day 2= 7.5 credits, both days= 10 credits
